Things to do in Barcelona
If you want some
sight-seeing, Barcelona is the right place for you. Famous for it’s
fantastic Gaudi architecture, who’s buildings are scattered all around
the centre of the city. The most impressive of his work is arguably the
huge, unfinished temple, Sagrada Familia. Barcelona is a party city.
Whatever the time of night or day, there’s always something going on for
everyone. There are several museums including the Museu Nacional d'Art
de Catalunya, a collection of Romanesque art, the Picasso Museum and the
museum of the city of Barcelona.
If you’re a
footie fan, then you can't miss the Camp Nou, home of Barcelona’s
biggest and most popular team. Camp Nou is the biggest stadium in
Europe with a capacity of nearly 100,000. It also has shops and a
museum of the club’s history. Match tickets are relatively cheap.
